SevaVihar collects your name, contact details, emergency contact information, and health/activity data from the wearable device, including heart rate, SpO2, location, step count, battery status, and fall detection events. This information is used solely to provide continuous monitoring, generate wellness reports, send alerts to caregivers, and coordinate emergency assistance when required.
We process your data securely using industry-standard encryption and strict access controls. We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Health event logs are retained for up to 7 years to comply with applicable medical device and regulatory requirements. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@sevavihar.in. Continued use of the service indicates your consent to this data processing as described in our full Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting SevaVihar Support. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and no full or partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods unless required by applicable law. Subscription fees, plan features, and pricing may change with prior notice. Continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing or terms.
Devices supplied under Guardian or Sentinel plans remain covered by the applicable product warranty. Ownership of the device transfers to the customer after completing the minimum 3-month subscription commitment. Customers are responsible for keeping the device charged, using it according to the provided instructions, and reporting any loss, damage, or malfunction promptly.
